Antennaria friesiana (Trautv.) Ekman

Antennarias are known is "pussytoes" this species being "Fries' pussytoes.  There are male
colonies and female colonies.  The female plant is sometimes agamospermous, that is, capable
of forming embryos and seeds without fertilization.  Both sexes ar shown below.
The plant is found on rocky soil in the mountains.
